Q. Are THE CHRISTMAS OUTLET'S artificial Christmas trees fire-resistant?
A. Our trees, wreaths & garlands are fire-resistant and also non-allergenic!

Q. Is every artificial Christmas tree guaranteed?
A. Every tree has a five-year warranty from the manufacturer for defects.
Pre-lit trees have a 2 year warranty for the lights.
Non-warranty replacement parts are available for a reasonable fee.

A. Every tree comes with its own sturdy stand!

Q. Can your artificial Christmas trees be used outdoors?
A. Our artificial Xmas trees are for indoor use only. We do not recommend using our artificial Christmas trees outdoors and, of course, our warranty would no longer apply.

Q. How do I store my tree?
A. The tree will come in a sturdy, re-usable storage carton. If you destroy our box, please make sure to retain the item number and UPC code printed on it in the event replacement parts are ever needed.

Q. How will my item arrive?
A. Most packages will be shipped FedEx or UPS. If the package is too large, an economical means of delivery will be chosen. ALL ITEMS HAVE FREE DELIVERY.

A. We offer natural-looking trees up to 20 feet high. We have trees that are wrapped to the pole, hook-on trees and hinged trees available in many designs and sizes. We have both PE & PVC items. Like other online Christmas tree shops, we also offer matching wreaths & garlands.
